Gritticon Technologies is a technology company focused on making school administration simpler, more accountable, and less painful — for principals, teachers, and office staff.
Why we built this
Schools in India run on a mix of paper registers, spreadsheets, and fragmented tools — most of which were either built for a different era or adapted from generic business software that doesn't understand how schools actually work.
We set out to build a school ERP that is API-first by design, granular in its access control, complete in its audit trail, and genuinely tuned to the Indian education context — academic calendar, board structures, salary components, and local language support.
The goal is not to digitise the chaos. It's to replace it with a single, reliable, well-designed platform that school staff actually enjoy using.

Designed for CBSE, ICSE, and state board schools — academic structures are configurable, not hardcoded.

Indian salary components, earnings, and deductions — not adapted from international payroll systems.

Our support team is available in English and Hindi. Regional language UI is on the roadmap.

One platform for institutions with multiple campuses, with complete per-school data isolation.
How it's built
frontend
A single responsive web app with a clean, fast interface and light + dark themes. Runs in any modern browser — no installation, no desktop software.
backend
All business logic, validation, and data processing happen server-side. Every request is authenticated and role-checked before anything runs. Hosted on managed, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.
database
Per-school data isolation — each school's data lives in its own separate store rather than being row-filtered inside a shared one. Strong separation by design.
