Is there a free trial?

We run personalised demos and guided pilots rather than unattended trials — a school platform deserves a proper walkthrough. Nothing converts to a paid plan silently; any subscription starts only when you explicitly accept the amount and date.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

Onboarding is included: data setup, configuration, and staff training. No surprise fees after the contract.

How do cancellations and refunds work?
