Shipping & Delivery Policy
v1.0 · Effective 2026-08-22
Gritticon sells software delivered online. Nothing physical ships from us — here is what delivery means and what to do if it fails.
1. Digital delivery only
Gritticon Technologies Private Limited (GSTIN 36AAKCG8714G1ZE) sells software services. We ship no physical goods, and no courier or freight terms apply to anything you buy from us.
Delivery of a Gritticon subscription means provisioning: access credentials and your workspace are made available to the registered email address within 24 hours of payment confirmation — usually much sooner. For pilots and guided onboarding, the schedule agreed with you in writing applies instead.
2. If provisioning fails
If you have paid and cannot access the service within the window above, write to info@gritticon.com or use the Grievance Redressal page. We acknowledge within 24 hours and treat failed provisioning as our highest-priority ticket class. If we cannot deliver access, the payment is refunded in full under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Storefront purchases are the merchant’s shipment
Goods bought from a merchant’s storefront powered by Shop OS are sold, packed, and shipped (or delivered locally) by that merchant. The delivery window, delivery charges, return shipping, and the seller’s identity for those orders are published by the merchant on their own storefront, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require of them. Gritticon provides the software and is not the seller of record for those goods.
4. Changes
This policy is versioned with an effective date; prior versions remain reachable from the Legal versions page.
